  1. If you are interested in applying to J & J MPI, please note that you will need to provide the following documents: your identity card from your previous school, result slips including PLE (original and photocopy), and a form of identification such as a nationality card, birth certificate, or passport. J & J MPI accepts deserving students from P8, secondary school, and A level, and a recommendation from your previous school will also be required.

  2. Please note that it is recommended that you purchase the required items from within South Sudan or Uganda to avoid potential damage during printing. These items include one dozen rolls of toilet paper, one flash disk, and a student tailoring kit (which is sold by J & J MPI).

  3. Tailoring Students: 10 roll of kitiga, Patten paper, Liner 10 mater, 1 dozen of toilet

    4. Beauty salon students: 10 Weave

    5. Welding students: Ark saw, square ruler, Leather glove, Safety glasses, Safety shoe, tap measure, Personal use: Mattress, bed             sheets, Mosquito net, washing soaps
    6. Stationeries includes eg. counter note books, blue pens
    7. Fees policy
   (i) The institute require students to pay 70% of the tuition fee before reporting to the institute for training

   (ii) All fees should be paid in KCB Bank NO: 5590881218 (John and Judy Maclean Polytechnic Institute)
   (iii) Ensure to bring the bank slip in the institute to collect receipts from the bursar’s offices
   8. Dressing code
  (i) Students are expected to dress more decently in the institute uniform, observing the dressing code of the institute

  (ii) Enough stationary for class work and class assessment
  (iii) Enough pocket money for personal uses, you should not expect financial assistance from the institute because it does not have any

   9. Reporting
   (i) You should report in the institute on the first day and in any case, not later than 2 weeks from the date of commencement of the     course. failure to comply your place will be fortified to another applicant

   (ii) On the day of arrival each students must register in the office of registrar and come along with
   (a) 2 passport photos size
   (b) 70% tuition fee

   (iii) you shall bring a long this admission form on the day of registration
   10. Personal contacts
   (i) This is a professional training institute. All students are expected to behave and conduct themselves professional manner

   (ii) All student whose discipline found not to measure up to the required standard of the institute shall be liable for disciplinary action.
   (iii) the institute reserves the right to expel student found guilty of gross conducts.
   (iv) All students are governed by the institute rules and regulation and dressing conduct handbook in place.
   (v) All students should attend orientation programme which shall be availed to the student on the day of arrival in the institute.
   (vi) The institute reserves the right to change the condition for admission and registration of students without notices
