The John & Judy MacLean Polytechnic Institute is a private vocational institute that will charge a fair fee for tuition, lodging, feeding, and medical expenses while students attend the program. The program is divided into two semesters, and students will receive certificate credentials upon completion. The institute offers a range of technical faculties, including:

The  Polytechnic Institute is located at The Messiah Ambassador's House in Kerepi Mutala, Kerepi Payam, Magwi County, Eastern Equatoria State, South Sudan. It was established by Operation Nehemiah Missions International (ONMI) and The Nile Beth Israel Messianic Congregation (TNBIMC) in the USA and South Sudan  . The institute aims to instill the knowledge and wisdom of God in Yeshua Hamasiach in the hearts, minds, soul, and spirit of the children of South Sudan. It is a Messianic Jewish Christian private boarding and day school vocational training facility for both boys and girls to train the youth of South Sudan from all tribes and tongues.

The institute is established to teach and train the youth who have returned home from exile due to multiple displacement to rebuild their lives, families, churches in the community from ashes of war and displacement. The institution seeks to help students grow up to build strong families, strong churches, and strong countries through entrepreneurialism and vocational training. Its goal is to train students in their respective academic discipline to be honest, work hard, and based on a Biblical worldview that is centered on God's order of creation. The institute envisions and aims to train its students to establish genuine and check and balance among the four pillars of God's sovereign institutions, which include the individual personal institution for self-governance, the family institution, which is the nucleus foundation of society, the church institution, and the government institution for transparent fair business practices..

Authority 

Powers, Functions and Mandate of the Foundation (ONMI and TNBIMC) both registered with RRC in Juba. The Foundation has been and will be:

1. The final authority in making all decisions regarding the implementation of the vision, the goal and the direction of the School functions such as spiritual, financial, administrational  educational, legal matters and as operational matters.

2. The Foundation has the power to: appoint Chancellor, Academic Provost, directors of faculties, Dean of students, instructors and recruits all staff.

3. The Foundation has the power to fire the entire staff.

   4. The Motto of John & Judy MacLean Polytechnic Institute: Seek you first the Kingdom of  God and His righteousness and the rest of these things will be added unto you.
